Consent to the Processing of Personal Data
I hereby consent to the personal data operator (as defined in Article 3 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data" of July 27, 2006, hereinafter referred to as the "Operator") processing my personal data, which I have provided and continue to provide to the Operator by any means (including by filling out web forms on websites and applications) or which has become known to the Operator (including information provided by third parties, such as the Operator's partners).
Purposes of personal data processing: providing me with the Operator's services (the Operator's website and/or mobile application specified on the website), as well as information (including advertising information) about products, services, special offers, and promotions related to them on the Operator's service, and promoting such products through direct contact via:
email;
phone calls;
SMS messages;
push notifications on the Operator's services;
Communications in electronic messengers;
taking into account my saved preferences, statistical, analytical, and other studies of my use of the Operator's services and activity in the services of the Operator's partners, as well as surveys on satisfaction with the quality of goods and services provided, surveys, discounts, and other additional opportunities offered to me in the Operator's services and the services of the Operator's partners that I may use.
List of personal data processed: Last name, first name, patronymic; email address; my identifiers in the Operator's services; delivery address; phone number; gender; date of birth; payment information; receipt details; purchase history; order data; participation in contests and promotions; search history in the Operator's services; device identifiers and/or other identifiers; registration date; interests and preferences in the Operator's services; my reviews; my history of communication with technical support; cookies; my approximate location; my exact location.
Methods and means of personal data processing: any actions (operations) permitted by law, whether automated or non-automated, or in a combined manner, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), retrieval, use, transfer (provision, access), blocking, deletion, destruction, comparison, and depersonalization.
Transfer and assignment of personal data processing: processing is carried out by the Operator, as well as by third parties engaged by the Operator to process personal data or to whom personal data has been transferred (or access to it has been granted) for the specified purposes in accordance with law. Such third parties include, but are not limited to:

the Operator's partners, with whom the Operator conducts joint promotions and other marketing activities, as well as analytical research to improve the Operator's services and provide users with additional opportunities;
contractors providing surveys and research services to users of the Operator's service (if applicable).
The Operator also has the right to receive personal data from such third parties. The list of such third parties may change without further consent or notice. This consent also constitutes consent to the processing of personal data by such third parties. I confirm that I have been informed that I may request up-to-date information about such third parties from the Operator.
Personal data processing period and consent revocation method: This consent is valid for 5 (five) years and may be revoked by sending a scanned copy of the written revocation to the email address specified in the contact information section of the Operator's website, or the original revocation by registered mail with a list of attachments or by courier service to the Operator's registered address.
The Operator reserves the right to continue processing personal data if there are other grounds stipulated by Russian law. In such a case, the validity of this consent will be deemed extended for the period necessary to achieve the legitimate purposes of processing the personal data.
